- I am a culinary student. I have attended 3 Pastry Team Championships. I was a volunteer at the Phoenix 2005 and Nashville 2007. I have been entering California State baking competitions for 20 years. You might wonder about the picture of the golden bear. That is a large statue at the California State Fair. Next to the Team Pastry Championship entering baked goods at the fair is my passion. Attending the team championship has helped me win a lot more ribbons

Hope you are well. I am freezing here in the frigid north. We haven't had this much snow in at least 20 years. I hope the snow melts from my driveway before we it is time to go.
I am planning on going to the Forum. My first pastry chef is competing--so I guess I president of his fan club. I will be anxious to see you.
