Hi Kristi! I actually graduated from The French Pastry School in December, but I've stayed on as an intern until June of this year. No plans for after school yet - I'm still loving every minute of exploring the different aspects of pastry. :) Mostly just fascinated by competition and have no idea where/how to get involved.
