After 20 plus years as an Executive Chef in Southern California I retired. My schooling and training were completed in Europe. Presently I teach, demo and serve as an International Judge for cake decorating competitions.
My work can be seen in the current copy of American Cake Decorating Magazine entitled, "The Updated Art of Chocolate Painting."
I have met up with an acquaintance of yours on here. Carolyn Taren - she said she had done work on your Sweet Stampen web site when you were setting it up and says hello. We'll get together at the championships.
