I'm twenty two years old and working my way up the ladder in the awesome world of pastries. I'm a Le Cordon Bleu graduate from the Texas Culinary Academy here in Austin. I worked in New Orleans under chefs such as Scott Boswell (owner of Stella! and Stanley!) and Susan Spicer (owner of Bayona and Herb Saint) and now I'm back in Austin for more challenges!
