I am a late bloomer in the pastry world but blooming I am. The pastry world is my passion now and I am always striving to learn more. At a late age in my life I decided to return to school and attended The Art Institute Of Seattle's pastry chef program and completed with honors. I do hold a job in a completely different field of work but plan on working fulltime in the pastry field in the next 4 years when I retire. I am always open for suggestions and do encourage anyone to follow their dream.

I made that for a small group of guest celebrating being remarried after 25 years. Its actually quite small.
My daughter would love to tear into your princess cake, post more photos and get into the forums. I think this will be a great site to be a part of. Cheers!
