Hey Pedro.
Long time man.. Are you going to see the nationals.. It has been a wile since your last mail. I have a busy schedule, opening my new pastry shop Atelier Ortega.. it has been a project of almost 8 months by now. Also training for the Wold Chocolate Masters Finals, ( I made it) Getting a new house an a new girlfriend and on top of that I have been invited to teach ..and trying to spend as much time as I can with my little soon Sebastian, he just turned 5. Lets keep in touch.
